In May 2023, the SCO Agricultural Base Economic and Trade Investment Promotion Center and the Russian Northern Agricultural Development LLC will cooperate to jointly build a "high standard, high quality, and high level" SCO Agricultural Base Science and Technology Planting Demonstration Park, jointly promoting all-round cooperation among SCO countries in agricultural technology exchange, demonstration and promotion, trade, and production capacity.

1. Guided by agricultural technology cooperation, we will jointly build the SCO Agricultural Base Science and Technology Planting Park, scientifically formulate the development plan of the park, actively promote exchanges and cooperation in new variety testing, new technology testing and promotion, excellent variety breeding and expansion, agricultural technology services and training, and build the park into a "leader" in international agricultural cooperation of the SCO Agricultural Base.

2. Guided by agricultural capacity cooperation, we will jointly build the SCO Agricultural Base Agricultural Industrial Park, implement order agriculture planting projects in the park, carry out agricultural capacity cooperation, benefit Chinese and Russian enterprises, and provide a "model" for China's "agriculture going global".

3. Build an agricultural industry development service platform, actively attract investment, promote the formation of industrial cluster advantages in the park, and achieve sustainable development of the park. Centered around agricultural industry development, agricultural technology cooperation, and facility agriculture construction, establish an agricultural industry investment promotion service platform and an agricultural exhibition and trading platform, encourage and guide a group of high-tech agricultural enterprises to actively participate in park cooperation and construction, form industrial clusters, and build the park into a demonstration template for agricultural cooperation and exchange among SCO member states.
